FixTek Diagnostic Slides
Made of high quality DiaTrust microscope slides, the DiaTrust FixTek diagnostic slides are designed with outstanding wettable wells and extreme hydrophobic printing(s). The wettable wells enhance cell attachments whilst the extreme hydrophobic printings with water contact angle larger than 1500 insure no cross-contamination. The DiaTrust FixTek diagnostic slides can be used for immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunohiuorescence (IFA) and immunolabelling with histological sections or cellular cultures, agglutination test as well as computer-aided sperm analysis (CASA) and etc.
The FixTek diagnostic slides deliver multiple coating surface options for the functional wells to improve the adhesion characteristics. The standard FixTek diagnostic slides can be sterilized with acetone methanol, ethanol or any combination, resist enzymatic treatments and microwave. The adhesive FixTek diagnostic slides support gamma sterilization, moist-heat sterilization as well as dry heat sterilization of oxygen-free condition. All the FixTek diagnostic slides are optimally pre-cleaned and ready to use.
